Nolensville Rental Homes
Few towns are formed because somebody's wagon breaks down, but Nolensville is one of them. In 1797, William Noland was traveling westward from Virginia with his sizeable family when he experienced just such a mishap. Forced to delay travel until his wagon could be repaired, Nolen became convinced that he and his family could make a go of it among these scenic rolling hills. Forty years later the town of Nolensville was incorporated and for much of its life has retained its rural character. In recent years, though, Nolensville has undergone periodic stages of growth. Today, Nolensville is still a relatively quiet place, though its relatively close proximity to Nashville and a growing population has allowed residents to enjoy both cosmopolitan living and the quiet country life. |

Nolensville's long history as a town means that there are a number of established neighborhoods with solidly-constructed houses for rent. There are also newer subdivisions here as well, and they too offer a wide range of rental options. Many of these newer homes come with access to tennis courts or golf courses, making them a popular choice with the more active set. The average cost of housing is a little higher in Nolensville, though, owing to both local affluence and the general scarcity of land. Most homes tend to be on the larger side and begin at around $1,400/mo. On the other end of the spectrum are a number of mansions that rent from anywhere between $3,000/mo and $8,000/mo. |
