Arrington Rental Homes
Though much of Middle Tennessee has seen a great deal of economic development over the past ten years, Arrington is one place that has largely retained its rustic charm. Set down between a series of scenic rolling hills, Arrington is primarily a farming town, dotted with fields of soy, corn, and other crops. It's also home to Arrington Vineyards, one of Tennessee's finest independent wineries. Located approximately 24 miles South of Nashville, and just a stone's throw from Franklin, Arrington contains one of Middle Tennessee's most pristine natural settings. Residents here are able to appreciate the scenic beauty of vivid sunsets and bold starlit evenings. |

The pace of development has been much slower in Arrington than it has been elsewhere, which means that there are fewer homes on the local market. As a result, homes here tend to gain rental value more quickly than they do elsewhere in Middle Tennessee. Starter homes begin in the $1,200/mo to $1,500/mo range, and standard three-bedroom homes run about $2,000/mo. There are relatively few homes here in Arrington, which makes them more desirable and a bit costlier than they are elsewhere. If you're looking to live on an estate or on a horse friendly property, be prepared to pay out $5,000/mo for this one-of-a-kind privilege. |

Though Nashville is a 30 to 40 minute drive, depending on various conditions, Franklin is a mere 7 miles to the west. And all of the conveniences and amenities found in Nashville can also be found in Franklin, which is one of Middle Tennessee's most prosperous communities. Residents typically settle in Arrington because they desire quiet country living and scenic backyard views. That does not mean that there is nothing to do in this town, however. Recreation here is mostly of the outdoor type, such as fishing or picnicking along Arlington Creek, and residents usually drive to nearby Cool Springs to take in a movie or do a little shopping. If you're looking for the quiet life, then Arrington is definitely the place to start. |
