Though the area has been strategically zoned to prohibit industrial and business construction, residents are able to take advantage of the amenities in other nearby neighborhoods, including Vanderbilt and Green Hills. Residents of Forest Hills are Nashville's most physically active, taking advantage of the nearby Warner Parks to jog, bike, or go for a long walk. Forest Hills is also one of Nashville's safest suburbs, offering an abundance of quiet and solitude that's just minutes from downtown.
