7. We Must Be Provided with Your Last 90-Day Bank Statements, Two Most Recent Paystubs & Tax Returns for the Last Two Years; and
8. Valid Driver’s License or Passport.

CLEANING FEE:
$150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee for properties less than 2,500 square feet
$250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee for properties more than 2,500 square feet
This fee is in addition to the security deposit.
