This loft is actually a Penthouse unit that sits atop of a 3 story private parking structure and features panoramic views of downtown Nashville!

Once you enter the gated development you will follow a private drive into your new secure parking deck. Hop out of your car, slide into the elevator, and push the penthouse level button. Once you reach your floor you are greeted with twenty foot ceilings and a real feeling of space. Stroll through the door of your Penthouse and marvel at the 23 foot ceilings, picture windows, and loft-style layout.

As you walk through the front door you will find the downstairs bedroom and full bath immediately to your right. Continue walking down the entrance hall and the hallway widens into a galley-style kitchen that features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Once you pass your kitchen the space opens up into a massive 16x14 room that features huge picture windows, a private terrace, and ultra modern lighting. Turn around and you will find a spiral staircase that takes you to what can only be described as a massive bedroom loft.

Walking up the spiral staircase really gives you a sense of just how large this loft really is and you start to feel a little smaller.
