Need List

From time to time, Summit will receive rental property requests from potential renters that we cannot immediately fill and we need your help. Hence, the "Need List". If you own or represent a property that closely matches any of the descriptions below, give us a call and we'll work directly with you to place our tenant in your property. It's a great way to get your property leased with a highly qualified tenant from Nashville's top property management company!

Currently We Are In Need Of:

Franklin: 4 bed/3 bath home near Cool Springs area. Tenants prefer master bedroom on main level and a 3 car garage. This would be a 12 month lease in the $2,500 - $3,000/mo range. Tenants can move in immediately.

Brentwood: 2 bed/2 bath condo or townhome. Tenants are executives who work in Maryland Farms area and need to rent for 12-18 months. Tenants would prefer a garage, but not necessary. Rental range is $1,400 - $1,800/mo and can move in immediately.

Cool Springs: 1 bed and 2 bed condos for coporate lease. Any and all price ranges.
