Need List

From time to time, Summit will receive rental property requests from potential renters that we cannot immediately fill and we need your help. Hence, the "Need List". If you own or represent a property that closely matches any of the descriptions below, give us a call and we'll work directly with you to place our tenant in your property. It's a great way to get your property leased with a highly qualified tenant from Nashville's top property management company!

Currently We Are In Need Of (Summer 2009):

Downtown: In desperate need of 1 bedroom condos in The Encore and The Icon. Also need 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos in The Adelicia. We are completely out of 1 bedroom inventory in all of these buildings and have pre-qualified tenants on waiting lists!

Vanderbilt: Also in desperate need of 1 bedroom condos in the Enclave, the Bristol West End and the Bristol on Broadway. We are completely out of inventory in all of these buildings and have tenant waiting lists!

Brentwood: Need 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage single family homes in the Edmondson, Scales and Kenrose elementary school zones. Also need 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom townhomes in the Fredericksburg development.

Cool Springs: 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos that are both furnished and unfurnished. The Aspen Grove development is preferred.

Hendersonville: Need a couple of 3-4 bedroom single family homes as close to the lake as possible. Clients prefer homes to be built or renovated within the past several years.

Murfreesboro: Need multiple 3-4 bedroom single family homes in the Blackman and Siegel school districts. Newer construction preferred, but not necessary. We could lease 5 today to waiting families.
